Behind the stamp sheet, safely tucked away is the certificate of authenticity which guarantees the stamps are official and issued by the governments of Canada and Ghana. Includes 4 Canadian stamps featuring all of your favourite characters and 1 Ghana stamp featuring Winnie the Pooh. The back of the folder is dated 1997. Some very light wear to the folder is possible but all stamps are in like new condition.
