Hand Made Bodhran / Irish Drum Traditional Instrument with Beater

The Bodhran is one of Ireland's oldest traditional instruments. These drums are traditionally made with a goatskin head. This particular Bodhran appears to have a head made of skin but it is unknown if it is goatskin or not. The drum is stamped and stickered on the underside saying Made in N. Ireland by Ian S. Doig. The drum head has no tears and does not appear dried out. The frame is also in good condition.
