Franklin Mint National Maritime Historical Society Pocket Watch - Cutty Sark

The National Maritime Historical Society was founded in 1963 with the goal of celebrating Maritime heritage. This Franklin Mint pocket watch was designed in association with the NMHS. The watch does have some tarnishing on the backside that should polish up nicely. Otherwise it is in very good condition with minor wear to the box possible. It comes in an elegant and decorative wooden storage box. There is a compass on the front of the watch and some engraving. The gold watch is on a gold chain. Inside the  box lid is a plaque reading "Cutty Sark The Golden Age of Sail Nautical Watch The Franklin Mint". There is also a full colour image of the Cutty Sark sail boat both on the storage box and inside the lid of the pocket watch. The watch has not been tested and will likely require a new battery.
